Workplace Mediation

At some point, conflict is inevitable in organisations. Interpersonal tension can easily damage relationships and lead to malfunctioning teams.

Mediation can be used in the workplace to address a range of issues including relationship breakdown, personality clashes, communication problems, discrimination and harassment.

In a spirit of prevention, I can also provide ongoing coaching and mentoring and facilitate follow-up meetings and communication. Doing so can help the teams maintain and improve their relationships, implement and reinforce their agreements, learn and grow from their experiences, enhance their performance and satisfaction, and prevent or resolve future conflicts.

My experience as an OECD Mediator qualifies me to conduct mediations in the workplace particularly in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
